Peace Hills Insurance Adopts CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance
In a big step towards being a paperless organization, Peace Hills Insurance has successfully adopted CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance (MPOI). MPOI will allow Peace Hills’ home, auto and business policyholders to access their insurance documents from their computer or mobile device anytime, anywhere – even offline.
MPOI was developed by CSIO in collaboration with brokers and insureds to create a more seamless, digital experience with insurance providers. This implementation also comes at a time where there is increased demand in receiving and accessing documents electronically due to the pandemic.
“With the government deeming insurance an essential industry, insurance companies are still required to send consumers their important insurance policy information in a timely manner. By using My Proof of Insurance, companies can seamlessly email personal and commercial lines documents to the customer directly from their policy management systems.”

Yes, this also means electronic pink cards. With MPOI, our insureds can store their pink slips in their digital wallet alongside credit and debit cards, loyalty cards, event tickets and boarding passes. Mobile wallets offer both convenience and security to consumers, and are a fast-growing trend that could very likely eliminate the need for physical cards in the not-so-distant future. “Our business thrives when we put the needs of our brokers and customers first,” said Chad Shurnaik, VP of Underwriting & Marketing Peace Hills Insurance. “Implementing MPOI as our preferred distribution for policy documents facilitates this by offering a seamless, digital experience with us, their insurance provider. I’d like to thank our staff and valued broker partners for working together to make this integration a success.”
