Peace Hills Implements Green Initiative, Canada Post eDelivery of Personal Policy Documents

April 13, 2016 - We are pleased to announce that Peace Hills has implemented CSIO eDelivery, enabling the electronic transmission of personal lines policy documents directly to consumers’ Canada Post epost® digital mailboxes in place of traditional mail. As part of its implementation process, Peace Hills obtained CSIO Certification, demonstrating its commitment to industry standards that improve the ease of doing business within the broker distribution channel.

We look forward to being able to provide another level of service to our policyholders who register with epost by delivering their policy documents in a fast, secure electronic format. We also feel that this will support our broker force by being able to offer their insureds a convenient, paperless and environmentally friendly option to receive their personal lines documents electronically. Over 9 million Canadian consumers use epost to receive and consolidate their household bills and essential documents.
