Peace Hills Insurance Announces Jenna Terry as Vice President of Underwriting Operations and Distribution
Peace Hills Insurance is pleased to announce the promotion of Jenna Terry as Vice President of Underwriting Operations and Distribution, a newly created role that supports Peace Hills’ continued growth and evolving operational needs. As Peace Hills expands within a rapidly changing insurance industry, this new position on the leadership team reflects an increased focus on operational excellence, digital efficiency, and strong broker experience.
“Jenna has been a trusted leader at Peace Hills for many years and her dedication to the company’s success, our people, and our business partners shines through in everything she does,” recalls Kathy Boychuk, President and CEO of Peace Hills Insurance. “We are excited to see her bring that passion into this new role, helping us continue to drive an exceptional broker experience while advancing our operational priorities.”
With experience across underwriting, operations, regional management, and systems integration, Jenna is uniquely positioned to lead the operations and distribution strategy at an enterprise level. Most recently, Jenna has served as Director of Business Integration, where she was an integral part of the implementation of Peace Hills’ Guidewire system. Before that, she was the Regional Director of the ROC (Rest of Canada) Branch, guiding the branch to profitability while gaining deep insight into the importance of broker distribution to Peace Hills’ success. Overall, Jenna has spent over 20 years of her career at Peace Hills, allowing her to bring thorough knowledge of the brand and corporate culture to her new position.
As the new VP of Underwriting Operations and Distribution, Jenna will oversee key areas that support scalable growth and strong broker partnerships. This includes underwriting operations and related systems, broker distribution initiatives, marketing and broker communications, broker system integration, digital tools, and system training and processes.
“Peace Hills has been my professional home for over two decades, and I am proud to continue contributing to its growth,” Jenna remarks. “This role gives us the opportunity to align our operations with the future needs of the industry, and I look forward to working closely with my new team and our Broker partners to strengthen an already solid foundation.”

This addition to the executive team marks an important step forward, ensuring they are well positioned to support brokers, serve customers, and thrive in an evolving industry.
