$2,000,000 personal liability
Power golf carts - liability included
Property of a parent in a nursing home - liability included
Property of a student (living away from home temporarily) - liability included
Sewer back up (An additional charge & restrictions may apply in some provinces)
Water Damage - You are not required to check your home everyday if you are away for more than 4 consecutive days. We do require that reasonable care be taken to maintain sufficient heat in the building or shut off the water supply
Jewellery and furs up to $6,000

Homeowners Insurance

Our homeowner's insurance is one of the most comprehensive packages available. Designed with our clients' needs in mind, most people will not need to increase their limits or add additional coverages.

Condominium Owners Insurance

We have created a condominium package with highly competitive rates and coverages to suit all owners. In addition to our standard coverages, our package includes enhancements specific to condominiums. We even provide coverage in the event you are assessed a portion of your condominium association's deductible!

Tenant Insurance

Peace Hills offers Tenants insurance, which includes all our standard enhancements, at competitive rates. If you live in a fire resistive building or a building with six or more units, you may qualify for lower rates!

Seniors Package

Peace Hills offer a special tenants package specially designed and priced for seniors. If you reside in a nursing home, seniors home, senior-care complex or other similar residence, you may not need all the coverages our regular tenant's package offers. With our senior's package, you don't pay for insurance you don't need.
