Service Worth Talking About
Despite rumors to the contrary, there are still a
few businesses in Alberta's over-heated/
under-staffed economy that provide exceptional
customer service. One example is Peace Hills
Insurance. Several years ago Bob Doiron, VP Claims
and Diane Brickner, Pres & CEO brought me in to
conduct customer service seminars for their team. I
was so impressed with management's philosophy about
doing the right thing for customers that at the
time, I switched our home-owner insurance over to
Peace Hills. Recently, we had a claim about a water
damaged rug and were blown away by their remarkable
service. Jason, the adjustor (who had only been with
the company a few years - so didn't know who I was),
came out immediately, pointed-out damage that I
wasn't even aware of and completely exceeded my
already high expectations. It was a wonderful
example of how the right management attitude about
customer service, along with some initial
professional training can create results that endure
for years. In addition to telling my friends and
family, I just told you and some 8,000 other
professionals how great they are.
I
wonder...does your management team have the kind of
attitude about customer service and training that
results in people talking about
your company
in similar glowing terms? If not, maybe knowing how
financially rewarding it is will convince you...check
out the impressive financial statements at
www.PeaceHillsInsurance.com . Then explain why
improving customer service isn't one of your priorities.
